I’m sure people here know this, but I just recently went through the effort of pricing a huge collection of DVDs and a smaller collection of Blu-ray’s. Most mainstream releases aren’t even worth the postage it costs to send them. Just in case you were getting excited by the prospect.

Like I get it, it’s scary and I don’t want them to have my data, but my picture is being taken ALL the time basically everywhere I go. Is putting my foot down for this specific type really making a difference?
I’m not a witch, but there are no rules here, so I might as well chime in. Sage is used in a number of cultures for cleansing (see “Smudging”) so I think you using it is a natural solution and pretty low risk (as long as you don’t mind the smell).
I’ll let the actual witches chime in for their take, but from my perspective, deep and intentional reflection is how you will cleanse your heart. I think it’s also important to forgive yourself (and perhaps others who have wronged you), to help continue to lighten the load and help you heal.

I was expecting some reflection or some larger message or lesson the author learned. Nah, he drank a lot of Red Bulls, got predictably sick, and documented it. I appreciated reading it though. I kinda want a Red Bull now…

And what IS my privilege internet stranger? I’m making a good faith argument on the internet that you disagree with, but I’m a stranger to you and you have no idea of what my daily life looks like or how much privilege I have or do not have.
I appreciate the disagreement, but I don’t appreciate assumptions of what kind of fucking castle I live in or how isolated I am from current events or political violence.
As a thought exercise: if he succeeded, doesn’t that only further incite the right, convince them that they are fighting the holy fight, and accelerate violence against the citizenry?
I don’t like Trump either so I get the feeling behind the message, but I don’t see any universe where a successful assassination attempt is a net positive for the country. Seems like it only furthers division and probably leads to a worse place overall.
Would love to know how I’m wrong though.
