  • Even git reset can be undone by a lot of editors. At least IntelliJ has an excellent local history that works much like git. Sure it’s a pain if you touched several files but that’ll teach you to atomify your commits.

    Edit: Plus, git reset itself does nothing of note really, but I’m sure you know. Needs the —hardflag to do any meaningful damage.

  • I believe it’s more of an age thing to be honest. I know plenty avid hikers who couldnt tell where’s south on a sunny day at noon, and have to navigate via maps when walking to a restaurant two blocks away, most of them without symptoms, but under 33.

    However, also my ADHD friends over 35 are pretty good in finding someplace after a quick glance at a map before starting.

  • Id say it’s also like the coach’s fault for losing even if they’re not on the pitch but you’d answer that Golf is not a bicycle so how do you even analogies mate?

  • I don’t get you at all but fair fucks to you being civil about the matter. You got a lot of hate on here while simply stating a preference that you unfortunately share with a bunch of incel neckbeards.

    I’m the other way, interestingly. I like playing a woman as a protagonist. Not because I’ll lust over them or anything, it’s simply more enjoyable.

  • Maaaaate same. There was this one girl I dated whom I’ve told I just don’t feel like doing what she felt like doing that night and she said “Alright, we can just watch some more eps of

    <show we were watching>

    ” and I broke down right there and then.

    I ended up forcing my own options on her which isn’t healthy in itself but we could and can talk about this and it’s so weird.

  • Sure, if you’re homeless you save on rent. But then do you eat out every day? Spend time in bars instead of on your couch?

    Living in your car might be feasible in North America but good luck trying that in Europe. Also good luck keeping a bank account let alone a job without an address.

    If I want to live close to my job without paying rent or taking a loan I gotta save about 1M Euros and be lucky with finding a place. That’s a lot of skipped Frappuccino lattes.
