I’m what you describe: my technical skills aren’t top notch but I communicate well. But I don’t bullshit my way up any ladders, but try and do what I do best; that is, facilitate the communication between people who might not be able to communicate with each other.
Not many in my teams could put a finger on what exactly I did, but all agreed I was fairly valuable and things became worse when I left.
And it’s not like a shared interest in a secure Europe is being disregarded. Just EU money going to EU states or those with contracts if I’m not reading this wrongly.
But have you ever Split yourself in, uh, three parts, and orchestrated and lived through the death of one of them? I can fully believe it does things to the mind even if gods, no hijacking necessary.
Plus, isn’t the New Testament god generally more chill? Disregarding the followers’ urge to spread their word of course.
I’ve switched to iOS exclusively about 10 years ago cause I got tired of android being full of it. I just wanted a phone that works without me tweaking every little thing. I don’t regret the choice one bit, other than giving money to the other tech giant.
This is not me hating android either; I guess I was unlucky with the phones I had.
That said, being a dev myself, my phone shouldn’t be a side project I maintain, but something I can use with ease. Apple products fit that description for me and just as that won’t be a universal sentiment (which it never should be) that’s nothing to be scoffed at.
Now I wanna know what it says exactly.
