I'm in my 40s and learned about this just a few years ago. Never affected my reading of different genres. I guess I didn't know any different! It did help me understand why I don't have the great memories of childhood things like my close-in-age sister does. I have always relied on her for details.
I agree, maybe I should do a follow up post! I live in the US so the four or so options I ended up saving may be less than cost effective elsewhere. I even found purple noodles made with buckwheat and sweet potatoes š

When is this from? When I was the age of the two kids shown, both of my parents were over 40 and I (nor my peers) wouldn't have thought these things. Now I am over 40 and I still don't think these things. I have a niece from a younger sibling who is this age, and she might think these things, but she is also allowed unfiltered access to youtube except when I am around.
Fascists have argued that the enemy is both strong and weak, for a long time. The enemy changes over time perhaps, but it doesn't seem that the far right does.
