You'll be fine, Americans are welcome in Canada, though MAGA and gaudy stars&stripes apparel would be better left at home. We do appreciate your support both in spirit and action, and supporting tourism here instead of the US is a direct contribution in favour of Canada.

One othet thing: Many drivers with a non-Quebec plate get treated with a little more suspicion from police and ridicule from drivers when you mess up driving and parking rules (but the animosity is more against Ontario drivers than anywhere else).
