This is all from a single source. Someone who says "all chemicals are bad", and "doubts" compounds have any practical use. Good for her for doing research and experiments, but I'm very skeptical of this on its own without external corroborating evidence.
Yep, this claim is from blogger “Lead Safe Mama” who has been making outrageous claims about everything containing lead without anyone independently verifying her claims. The Guardian should be ashamed.
