What’s the best alternative then in your opinion? I kinda like that there’s a bit of gambling but I agree that it could be less.
If a barbarian rolls better than a wizard does dnd make it so the knowledge you gain is less if you roll with a less knowledgeable class? I feel like that could mitigate that issue.
Oh wow, thanks for the explanation. Then what in your opinion is the best overall alternative. I see pathfinder 2e mentioned most. Also I saw that there’s an update to 5e, do you think that fixes any of these issues?
What about 5e is a slog/fixed in other systems. I recently started playing dnd and I’ve been having fun. But ive seen this opinion quite a bit.
I liked it in the beginning, when the dude was just a member of the side team. But they’ve gotten troupey and have been stretching it out.
I was looking into kobo, but some reddit posts said that sideloaded books dont sync. It was a little older so I just wanted to see if anything had changed.
Thanks for all the information.
I was hoping to avoid Amazon, but it seems like a kindle is the answer
Also do you know if the calibre send through email works for this?
TLDR: Im looking for an ereader that will sync my progress with an app on iphone so I can continue reading if I dont have my ereader.
I currently have my books stored in a calibre library, most in epub format, on my computer and manually load them onto my nook or phone. My ereader is on its way out though and I was wondering if theres a better solution.
From what I've read, most ereader/app pairs only sync if you buy them from the respective store.
Thanks in advance
It is kinda early, but I’m glad for it. S1 wasn’t holding my interest as much. And maybe I’m delusional but s2 does seem better. But I hope they don’t get rid of varshan as a endgame boss, the game needs more.
I just looked it up and you’re right. Looks like they have a browser out now. My mistake.
That’s a search engine, chrome and Firefox are the browser. You can use duck duck go from either.
I haven’t heard anything negative about them yet.
