Is it just me or does this video seem really jittery?

Redgifs doesn't seem to like being used as an image CDN, which explains why a direct link to an image takes you to the Redgifs post of that image, rather than the image itself

For reference, I'm able to open it with VLC on my phone; just seems like my mobile app (Avelon) doesn't support Webm video (neither does Safari)
