  • Screw it. I'll confess here. So my brother's friend's cousin's brother or something like that comes over. I'm not really paying much attention to him (like background noise to me) but he noticed I'm on incognito. Oh So... I browse incognito. I do this almost exclusively. If there's something I might want to find later, I copy+paste the URL into a non-incognito window so that it goes in history. If I bookmarked it, then I really need it. Last time I bookmarked something it was some obscure site to watch American TV shows.

  • I'm building a FOSS calorie tracker!
  • I've never used a calorie tracker. But since it's FOSS, I'll try it. I'm an aspiring software dev and I'd like to help out. What is the best way to communicate with you?

Edit: I see that the app is available as released on the github. No need to build it.

  • Finding and exploiting hidden features of Animal Crossing's NES emulator
  • Not sure if you are looking for some deep explanation. I can't tell based on the question. Anyway, animal crossing for the game cube has (had?) collectible items such as NES games, though they could only be played if you also had a console item. Basically, you could play NES games in animal crossing. The post seems to be mainly about hacking this part of the game to allow playing other games. As to why it has the ability? Idk? Because developers decided to include NES emulator as part of the ROM.

  • leg day exercise might be too much

    Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if might be over doing it and prohibiting growth.

    I started two months ago.

Here is my leg day. Only once per week.

    • Jog or bike 10mins. Basically warm up until sweat.
    • squats: 4x10
    • dead lifts: 5x5
    • leg curls and or leg press 4x10. I skip when these are unavailable.
    • bike ~30mins. I'm not sure if I should remove this one. It's interval training with the purpose of recovery improvement / fitness. So, by interval I mean one minute hard spin (higher resistance) and one minute lowish-medium resistance. I start with 5 min spring. Then 5 sets of this interval. Then, 4 minutes spin at same low-medium resistance, then another 5 sets or less. I'm usually beat after this.
