Treatment for ADHD seems engineered to be difficult specifically for those with ADHD to obtain.

  • I've never seen a psychiatrist - I was diagnosed by a psychologist and prescribed by my general practitioner doctor. My doctor doesn't make me come into the office regularly, I can generally just message him for a refill. I realize I am extremely lucky (not that lucky - I can't seem to tolerate stimulants), but I encourage people to try a different route.

  • If you have an alternative to Google maps please share. I'm working my way away from the rest, but that's one I'm stumped by. I'm considering getting a standalone Garmin, but I map things from my phone when I'm not going anywhere more than I use it for navigation. I'm all for putting up with inconvenience if it means getting away from the oligarchy, so this may be my biggest test.
