Maybe just put the US Marshals under the judiciary. It seems obvious that a Marshal who refuses to execute a warrant because his boss said not to should in turn be subject to contempt and arrested by a law-abiding Marshal. But in reality we'll end up with the same issue that Congress has: no jail to hold people in.
Reliable, ubiquitous, affordable public transportation is an impediment to segregation via gentrification and suburbs. So Republicans won't promote that.
Need more of this. Get Trump so butt-hurt that he kicks Elon to the curb. Then Elon can throw a tantrum and they can split their base.
I sure hope Obama does a good job explaining the "unintended" consequences of this so the Republicans who vote for it won't blame him for letting them pass it.
