I was about to say, what's this slander? Star wars is 4 movies and 4 tv shows!
Oh they will, but not once they become big enough to be a vital part of our economy. If you're a small business that expanded to a few locations before supply chain issues force you to shut down, America will absolutely let your corporation die.
If you're an airline? Keep making those terrible business decisions that fuck over thousands of your customers every day! We won't even partially nationalize you! Here's a few billion dollars of bailout money!
This isn't a smart play, but it forced Nintendo to spend more of their legal team's time on him, rather than the emulation community, so I support his suicide mission.
If your database is really big and suffers from large volumes of queries in a short time, it's easier to implement rate limiting in the API than by configuring SQL server permissions.
It's also easier to interact with stored procedures across multiple databases, from multiple clients, if you have a 1-to-1 API wrapper for your database procedures. This also lets you serialize your database response in a potentially more portable format than what your database returns directly, such as JSON.
The API wrapper isn't a silver bullet for security and scalability, but it is a unified framework to configure better security policies and unify multiple databases.
I admit, however, that multiple layers of API abstraction is a bit of a meme, just to keep everyone on their toes.
Furries don't care about all that
Ironically, now one of the largest population of immigrants in Germany are Turkish. How's that for turnabout, eh?
Almost like one party runs a government and the other party runs a mob
Op should have used "I'm finna rawdog this jawn no backup style"
For no reason other than mixed US slang from different regions sounds funnier to my ear
I think the point they're making is that this game is underpriced at $15 when compared to the amount of ongoing TLC it's received from its creator. Buying the game at full price is always a great way to show that support.
But at the same time, if you really want to help Barone out, buy 2 copies at half off and give one to a friend who would never buy the game for themselves, then offer to play together
And as always, if you don't have money, this game is not DRM protected. So do with that what you will.
You significantly cut down on SQLi vulnerability by obscuring the database behind multiple layers of API calls though
Wholesome and distressing at the same time
But also also GQP: Just coz I said gimmie duznt mean I'm takin handouts from the LIBS!
Statistically the deadliest enemy in Mario
Most of the people who vote for him will never be informed about the most appalling and repulsive things he says, because all their news comes filtered through media streams that are designed to prop up the conservative candidate, no matter who, and to discredit the facts that makes that candidate look bad.
But even if everyone who voted for him knew he said these things, they would still be the minority of Americans, because he lost the popular vote in 2016.
It's tumblr. Everyone involved in the screenshot is an edgy private school school kid
They're not wrong though
The first E in Mercedes sounds slightly different from the other two in German, mostly because the rhotic sound [r] modifies the tongue placement for the preceding E, forcing you to say it as either an open-mid front unrounded vowel [ɛ], or a mid near-front unrounded [ɛ̽]. The [r] prevents the vowel from being a Close-mid front unrounded vowel [e] like the 2nd and 3rd occurrences of E.
Or more simply, the first e sounds more like "bed" while the second and third sound more like "may", assuming you're reading this with a standard American dialect.
Not if you pronounce it the way Germans do
