I get these too. Thousands of people do. Every day. Its a scatter shot approach to text scamming. They dial a number, and they add one to the next number they call.

Its a phishing scam. If you respond "sorry who is this" and they have their in. 1 out of 1000 will fall for it. But they run a lot of numbers at once. The ones that do get suckered can lose a lot of money.

Dragon ball is huge in latin america because they were the first to get dubs in their language, in a time where spanish dubs for any cartoon were very underserved. Usa airwaves were saturated with animation for kids. Latin america had to buy rights because there was very little home grown production.

They also got the dubs way way sooner than viewers in the united states.

Right time and right place, and it snowballed from there.

Thermite is considered less lethal than napalm and phosphorus. Its fairly direct too. It only lights up what it is dropped on. It can burn up cover and leave the troops under it fairly unharmed. Half my family is dutch and many of my friends are full blooded, right off the boat dutch. Dutch humor can be so blunt and expertly delivered that it can literally cut you to the core if you arent accustomed. The only way i can describe it is if you have ever eaten dutch liquorice. Try a piece of dubbel zoute drop and you will understand everything you need to know about the dutch.

But lets give some credit to the hispanics though. Mexican humor, especially with their nicknames, can be exceptionally ruthless as well. Their directness and humor has absolutely got to be on par with the best of the swamp germans.
