  • That site says I am stronger than 10-20% people (depending on lift) of my weight. I still don’t know how to interpret it.

    I also feel more motivated and focused during maintenance. Maybe it is a sign that I need to be at maintenance? I don’t know. I am so confused

  • I am not able to place where I am in this. No one looks like me. There are parts of me that match every picture >15%.

    I am not satisfied with how I look. I can see some muscle definition but not as much as I want.

  • I don’t really know if I have diet fatigue. I have seen Mike’s videos about it and it doesn’t feel relatable to me.

    I will check out mini cuts video.

    How is recomposition harsher than cutting?
