I finally know this is the King of the Hill bit when their house was being fumigated

I showed my brother and he and I started laughing and my mom asked me what we were laughing at…lol

Was surprising she took it well and told me to show everyone else at the table at the restaurant and explain the joke.

My house isn’t big enough for me.

Only been when I was a baby and my mom would take me when she had to go.

ABS has worked out pretty well for me even in direct sunlight.

I designed a fun little replacement for this thing on my parents’ gate and it’s still there over 7 years later in all the weather and even intense heat over 110°F on some days.

Really depends on what kind of animation we’re talking about here. Are you talking about the flash cartoon animation like in Adult Swim cartoons or are you talking about 3D animations like Dreamworks/Pixar films? And how good do you want them? Are you fine with 90’s Veggie Tales quality or do you want 2025 Pixar level quality?

I tried that and it doesn’t work the times I’ve tried.

I’ve been looking for something like this to block Reddit links. Not just because it’s trash now but I’ve found it randomly blocks my IP address. Sometimes I can access and other times I can’t. It’s blocked us entirely at work and is so frustrating when I’m looking for help on something I’m troubleshooting. Would rather those just not appear to begin with.

That and GettyImages, I hate getting those in my image search results on Google because you can never actually download the image you are looking for.

Where did this come from? If a graphics card, it may be difficult to gift it.

I had this happen a short time ago where I got a new GPU and they gifted me a game I already owned and I tried giving it away on here and found that I had to run through all these time based verifications and basically only I could redeem it.

If you have just the Steam key, you can give that to someone and they can claim the game and that’s that. But you may not want to post it directly on somewhere because bots are known to roam the internet and steal them first to sell them on weird websites.

You might have some issues with that…it sucks and can be unfair.

Always assume your company is watching your behavior on their equipment. I work in IT for my company and users have no idea the kinds of things we can see. Not that we do, but we can and do when necessary like security incidents.

It’s me on Half Life Alyx with the blind dude who has you cornered. I legit was looking to insert a saved game to bypass this level and it seems I’m not alone with others sharing that specific save game.

But I think you should still be able to use virustotal’s website on mobile to check websites and also files.

There may be a sandbox app available for Android, but I’m not aware of any particular ones to recommend.

You can check URLs and files at virustotal.com for free.

If you have Windows 10/11 Pro and your computer supports virtualization, you can enable the Windows Sandbox in Windows Features too. This creates a temporary virtual machine with the bare essentials and no antivirus built in for testing stuff like this to see what the worst case scenario is if you visited/accessed.

Those old spinning disk drives are notoriously slow. You’d be better off with a USB flash drive in some cases.

But your best bet is biting the bullet and getting an SSD. They’re not terribly expensive anymore. You’ll pay about as much as a game costs for one, whether you want an external one to connect via USB or get the internal SSD and make the upgrade to a larger drive.

I haven’t done this on the Series X but I did do this on the One X and it was fairly easy following Microsoft’s guide online. I recently bought a 2TB SSD for $130 at Best Buy to upgrade in my gaming computer at home. This is the same kind that goes into your Xbox Series X internally. You could also spend about double and go for the 4TB option.

To me, I feel like I lose interest in my hobbies when money gets involved. I’m not rich nor high middle class, but I do okay with what I have. Not happy with my house, but glad to have one.

But the few hobbies I do have, I feel like the fun loses value when I start trying to use it to make money. Like making videos for YouTube. If you do it for fun, you don’t give a fuck who hates the videos and who stops watching. You don’t care about appeasing some ad by avoiding certain words and phrases. You say what’s on your mind and fuck the rest.

But as soon as you start trying to make money off of it, you worry about not pissing off certain people, you do worry about losing subscribers, you worry about pissing off Google and losing your monetization…

I’ve been having fun making the videos I do lately and not caring. I’m stressing because I want it to be the way it is in my mind, but it doesn’t stress me in the way it would if it was my livelihood.
