Idk if it's "lesser known" exactly but it's a comfort show that I can have on in the background at all times: Psych.
It's got a specific pacing and humor that tickles my brain just right. They will let some of the funniest jokes you have ever heard just fly right by if you aren't paying attention.
Not super complicated or deep thinking. Just cheesy fun.
You're getting into the problems with the magic system of the ATLA universe when taken to its extremes.
If you really let them all go hog wild people wouldn't be fighting in a combat sense but more in a instantly kill you kinda way. I can see why they stopped at lightning for a kids show. The blood bending was already a bit extreme and I am still a bit surprised Nickelodeon let that happen.

Yeah like another comment said there is evidence of air benders collecting moisture from a cloud so I don't really know. Then again maybe he was water bending? He did know how to water bend by that episode.
The problem is heat energy/fire would kinda get all the cool shit. Like lava was given to the earth benders in LoK and I always felt that didn't make as much sense as fire benders having access to it.

Whenever I want to listen to someone eloquently rant about basic home appliances and the science behind how they function he is my favorite guy to listen to.
His personal hunt for the right "feeling" led Christmas lights I totally connected with. I miss the warm glow of the older energy wasting bulbs but the LED ones always looked/felt wrong. He pointed me towards a brand that does a pretty damn good job of replicating the color temperature of the old style colored string lights without the energy costs.

When they got rid of the open voice chat between teams at the start, halftime switch and ending it basically went away.
I do miss the halftime shit talk spam though. The picosecond everyone could talk to each other you would just get 10 open mics screaming random shit. One guy would just be calling the opposing teams top Fragger a cheating sack of shit. Someone else would bully the bottom Fragger on the other team for only having 4 kills in a half. Someone would blast ear rape music.

That's a very healthy mindset to have. Too many people happily lock themselves into many bubbles/echo chambers and they lose all perspective. Just because you discuss topics with people doesn'tean you have to agree with them. It's still important to know what other views exist out there.

Holding the opinion that biological women and trans women are not the same and shouldn't be treated as such just means I have eyeballs and a functioning brain. I don't think they deserve any hatred or attacks. I simply don't think they should be playing sports along side biological women because they are not physically the same as biological women. I think trans people deserve as much love and respect anybody else. I just do not subscribe to your delusional world where they are also 100% exactly the same as their bilogical mirror.
