Nice another metric with absolutely zero value for the average joe, just to envoque a sense of patriotism seing their countries ranked against other countries.

For me it is all about our senses & perception: how would you describe a colour to someone that has never seen? How would someone that has never seen describe their surroundings to you?

If we all percieve the world different how can all agree on things like colours? I mean what if you perceive the sky as green and me as pink but sience has thaught us these colour range has to be blue. So we go our whole life thinking green / pink is blue, due to people definding the reflexion /absorbtion of certain light waves as blue?

Isn't capitalism itself not only like 100-150 years old?

I wish the biggest problem in my life was how good a video game is. If you don't like the game, leave a bad review, warn others in your circle... but don't go harassing people that worked on it.

To be honest I was kinda surprised it was getting down voted so much. I had the impression lemmy would be a more inclussive for women & other genders as it is mostly leftist leaning...

Is there an option of buying the house and renting it, while you stay a little longer with your parents and than later move when your kid is a little older and more selfsuficient?

Here my favourites:

• cook rice, add a can canned tuna, shred a boiled egg (optional) into it and some ketchup and you got yourself a banger.
• add to a blender 1 can of corn, 1 spoon of corn flour, 1 egg, and milk (enough to almost cover the corn), season it with salt and pepper and blend it till homogenous. Add some shredded cheese to it. Put it into an oiled up pyrex and bake it for like 30 mins or till it's golden brown on 220°C.
• Roast 1 or half an onion (depends on the size) in a pan. Add Corned beef to the pan and break it down. Add your left over rice stirr it a little and enjoy it.
• shredd some patatoes (about 300g for each egg you use), add half an onion, add some shredded cheese, add some beaten eggs and season it to taste (salt, pepper) Put it in a pyrex and bake it for 30 mins or till golden brown on 220°C. Alternatively fry it on low heat in a pan. Make sure you can put a lid on that pan (I prefer the baked version as turning that thing in the pan is usually difficult).

Don't forget to cancell it. They usually do this thing, where it renews automatically.

So many young men are turning into conservatism not because of femenism but because of the patriarchy. They keep being told men have to do this and that to be real men (men don't cry, men are the bread winners, househusbands are bad, men don't talk about feelings etc) And you know what? They feel like there is no one to stand up for them and they start seeing the movement that is fighting against all these things in the name of women as their enemy and lash out against it and fall into the words of grifters.

Of course there are a bunch of femcels, terfs etc. that call themselves femenist that bastardize the movement by trying to put women over men or even all genders. Instead of taking the hand of these men and help them fight these old norms and start normalizing the extistence of househusbands and housewives. Make it ok for men to show feelings and fighting for actual equality.

So if you are a secure man and actually care for the future you should not be fighting but be supporting femenism.

For a second I thought that was ludwig's Vtuber avatar.

The point is you need wifi or a hotspot. It would be so much easier to take your laptop with you on journeys if they had 5G connection. (Not for the phone functionality but much rather for the data)
