Can confirm. I'm currently experiencing this behavior elsewhere in this comments section. I attributed it to choice-supportive bias. Boy did that rile them up.
This is why we (mostly) can't have nice things.

Also, if you're perfectly happy eating fast food instead of fine dining, who am I to say otherwise? But if too many people consistently stop investing in fine dining experiences, they go away and then all we have is an ever-reducing quality of the fast food experience.
Fair points... I suppose. I'm just trying to relay the message that rewarding developers for downgraded experiences--whether through outright full-price purchases or XBGP billable hours to Microsoft--only begets more ever-downgraded experiences in the future.

When CDPR is done releasing patches and DLC, then I'll buy CP 2077. Of course, not all games require this kind of patience, but with CP 2077's rocky history, I think it's warranted. I've waited this long. I can wait a bit longer for that Definitive Edition and enjoy a truly finished product.

In this case, "under fire" is news media speak for "shines light on problem" and the problem is Rotten Tomatoes, like so many other online review systems, are highly subject to manipulation agendas and should never be taken at face value. As far as movies and TV goes, it's best to find critics who suits your tastes and who produce work with integrity and consistency.
