Not defending her other actions, but the case I heard on NPR this morning they are using against her, was her daughter was assigned to make her own lunch to take to school. She didn't do it and then had the school call this woman to bring her lunch. Mom said the natural consequence of failing to make your lunch and bring it was to not have lunch. On this ONE incident, the mom is right. We have to teach our children there are natural consequences for bad decisions.
But it sounds like this one incident is the least of her charges.

For one thing, it's crazy long (2.5 hours). And once you get thoroughly exhausted with the never-ending plot line, they drop the bomb that this is only part one. Directors have lost the ability to restrain themselves.
Secondly, there was only half an antagonist. Spot's likable, not responsible for his condition, and just never really becomes the bad guy. Nor is he defeated. I liked the character, but maybe as a side villain.
Does Morales make any headway in this movie? I'm not sure. It seemed like more of a "day in the life of" movie.
Also, 5 times as many spidermen, but none of the developed characters like from the first movie? Maybe the guy leading the spiderverse, but his character is not clear in the least. Some sort of ninja vampire, spiderman? It wasn't explained.
