Just saw this reply, but yea that's exactly what I was interpreting you as saying.

Iirc the 25% cap really only ends up applying if you have more than one active garnishment. Individual garnishments are generally 10% of gross. Maybe there are exceptions where one can go up to the full 25% of disposable, but it's rarely the case.

I think he means that wealthy people get the same treatment as those in politics.

Morpheus, Kazaa, and hands down the best - SoulSeek. It had by far the best users and collections.
