The Real Estate Institute of NSW has appointed a ChatGPT-run bot called Alice Ing to 'analyse huge quantities of data' during board meetings.

I for one can’t imagine how this could possibly go wrong. /s
We know it works well when real estate agents begin to disappear or die of poisoning. I for one think that the industry and the world as a whole could benefit from many realtors eating glue and jumping off of bridges.
For a satire article this was pretty boring. I wonder if it's supposed to be serious, but I'm moving on.
