After a decade of indie game development, I'm closing down the shop.
Deimos Games will be shutting down this year. Both Helium Rain and Astral Shipwright will be going free-to-play, so that new players can still experience them in the future. As a reminder, both are also open-source, so if you were going to build anything based on these projects, you now have access to free content too.
"Fuck it, open source everything!" is the best way to go out of business
Edit: I meant this as "this is a really nice thing to do if you're already shutting up shop", not "open source will put you out of business". Terribly ambiguous phrasing by me!
