I don’t think there is. I know on macOS there’s a setting but it doesn’t work, I have it unchecked and it still lets me know 15m before a calendar event.
You should be able to to settings then focus then whichever focus you’re working on. Inside there you’ll see categories for people and apps. List any contacts and apps that you want notifications from during that focus. All others should be silenced
Unfortunately no. If you have time sensitive notifications for Outlook enabled, they will still show even if you have excluded Outlook notifications in your chosen Focus.
I see an option to allow time sensitive notifications for apps not in my list of allowed apps, it shows up once the “allow notifications from” option is selected. I have no idea if it actually works though, as I’ve never used it.
That’s the point of “time sensitive”, That it bypasses focus. Perhaps you can disallow the time sensitive option in settings and just allow all notifications from that app in the other focus modes that you want and disallow in the ones you don’t?
Allow me to expand on what I am looking to do: I don't want Outlook or Teams notifications at all on weekends or certain times of the evening, including no time-sensitive notifications. I am not an emergency room doctor, and if something goes wrong on the weekend, I honestly don't want to know about it until Monday. All other times I DO want time sensitive notifications enabled.
If that’s the case then I believe just controlling notifications for those two apps for each focus probably gets you what you want. Then also go to iOS Settings > Outlook > and disable the authorization for it to use Time Sensitive Notifications. I have a similar setup on my devices.
