You sometimes get these weird wooden tiles in the middle of rooms. Seed: MGV-VYQ-THW

I think these are intended bridge-like constructs. I have seen some with void in prisons if I aren't mistaken.
This is intended, it's a new type of sewer room!
- Personally, I quite like the new room variants
