I know you could see the aurora all over the place but did it actually cause any damage anywhere?
- As far as I'm aware, it caused some temporary GPS interruptions but no permanent damage this time.
  
  I was traveling across the state on those two days, so I was worried about GPS getting weird, but we didn't have any issues.

- Apparently it "disrupted" Starlink, but hasn't permanently destroyed any of their satellites like the CME in 2022 did.

edit: Well, I'm surprised this got downvoted considering the entire theme of the album is a CME knocking out telecommunications and computer systems on earth leading to a total collapse of human society. Just a fun thing I came across and was reminded of with all the solar flare memes lately.

Gotta love the censorship in a science community.

  I wouldn't. But it's censorship, how am I supposed to know since it's literally censored. There's no reason listed as to why.
