Trying to get the list of communities give an error message

This seems to happen quite often. I don’t know if it’s a bug in Liftoff or the error message could be improved to better describe a problem with the instance.

I experience the same, it also shows if i try to edit my profile on one of my accounts, even though it works fine via the browser
