Revamping my playlist - lemmels, give me all your suggestions!

Edit: THANK YOU ALL! I am taking all recommendations into consideration and will be giving them a listen sometime. I was a little overwhelmed hence my lack of response, but I greatly appreciate what you’ve written. (-:

Yes, this is a “suggest me songs” post. Only because I don’t know which other community is more appropriate.

I’m looking to revamp my main playlist and clean out songs I don’t revisit all that often. I was hoping you all could suggest some songs OR albums based on my current taste. The other reason I make this post is because I fear I’ll go my entire life without hearing fantastically underrated albums, and I know lemmists to have taste.

Do you like ... St. Vincent The National Neutral Milk Hotel Dinosaur Jr. Spoon Wilco Echo and the Bunnymen Some of that's pretty old, but so am I.

I guess whether or not they’re underrated depends on where you are, because IME Americans usually don’t know who they are but Europeans do, even though they’re an American band; but anyway Scissor Sisters is great if you haven’t checked them out. Their last album (Magic Hour) is their weakest IMO, but it still has some good songs.
I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’ is pretty representative of their upbeat songs, and Return to Oz for their slower songs.
- They are so good, and I do think underappreciated. I Don't Feel Like Dancin' is one of the very few songs that I will always listen with the video on.
