Yes, it's called Red Viper and it's great! I'm just surprised Nintendo didn't do it themselves.
There's also an emulator for the oculus quest, the moment you launch a game you understand why it wasn't that successful and why VR was abandoned for a while.
Monochrome games are all good and fun when the screen is not a few cm from your eyes and that's the only color you can see hahahah

Luigis Mansion 3 has a pretty overt acknowledgement of the Virtual Boys existance. The entire in game menu is in one.
If you have homebrew on your 3DS, you can install an experimental Virtual Boy emulator. The dev abandoned the project quite early, so it's just a single build with bad performance, but 3D works and it's quite literally the best and only way to truly preserve the experience of playing a Virtual Boy.

The VR mode was added to work with the Labo kit. But these headsets also exist now… because…? I don’t think the Labo was head-mounted, but maybe I’m wrong because I never had Labo.
