What is this referencing? I'm out of the loop
- She hasn't been seen since her surgery a few months ago. They palace recently released a pic of her, but AP and other photo publishers had to retract it because it was obviously manipulated. It appears they photoshopped in her face from a magazine photoshoot a few years ago.
  I don't usually follow this stuff, but it turns out that when a photo gets retracted it's called a "kill notice" or a "photo kill". I didn't know that, so when I saw headlines saying that AP put out a kill notice on the royal family it got my attention lol

- The public has not seen her in a while, there is a hypothesis that she is in an induced coma after a failed surgery. Apparently the royal family released a fabricated photo (AI of Photoshop) showing her
  
  The photo is absolutely true. Not just are there several AI artifacts but her face in the photo is identical to a photo from a photoshoot that came from vogue, meaning it's very likely that she wasn't at this photoshoot at all.
  Honestly, particularly as someone who only married into the royal family, my heart goes out to her for whatever is going on. It's clear that since that operation she's been out of the public eye, whether she's just recovering, in a coma or as some believe dead, it's still sad.
  What I don't understand is the cover up and mystery, particularly when it comes to the wife of the future king after the massive amounts of drama and conspiracy around Diana.
  
  And the Photoshop job is really bad. Complete novices can perform a better job than that.
- She was last seen properly in public on Christmas Day 2023. She had surgery early January. Info is all vague. There's been 2 recent paparazzi pics of her recently, grainy through car windows).
  That's the background, not sure about the death idea the other commenter said. Maybe there's a conspiracy that she's dead?
