It's not the first. The B2 has been around since 1997. And the F117 since 1983.
They used to fly those F117A's across the lake, at night, where I went to Boy Scout camp as a kid. This was right before the aircraft was revealed to the general public. We had no fucking clue what they were, and attributed them as UFOs. I imagine a lot of UFO sightings from that era were probably secret government aircraft.
