Ugh the Ana thing: no, it isnt ableism to be mad at someone who:
Claims a position of moral superiority and works at Lockheed Martin
Claimed to live entirely off of patron and donations from poor trans disabled folks while literally working at Lockheed Martin and owning a 400k home
took part in justifying the harassment of Isabel Fall.. perhaps because her story was about the weaponization of queer identity by the military industrial complex
That people are comparing this to like... unreasonably canceling any other trans person kinda sickens me. There is a difference between being fucked up and doing fucked up shit (or not actually, just people making shit up about you) and being a collaborator in weapons manufacturing
Lol like he's applying on easy mode which means that instead of hearing silence for 100 applications and then getting an interview, you hear nothing from your first 10 and then get the job from a "vet-friendly" company. I guess it's difficult to see that if you only apply to 3-5 places though lol
Once I was offered a job out of college at a defense contractor. I did not take it because guess what I'm not a ghoul. Even then when I was 99% lib I was like nah don't wanna make weapons seems gross.
There isn't, but the idea that they have to become cops or work for a military contractor when they get out is drilled into troops' heads while they're in so it doesn't come from nowhere.
