translation of the bottom msg: There was a rocket strike on wagner camp. lots of casualties. from information of soldiers eyewitnesses, strike came from back side, that is russian army was shooting
i'm guessing grad, because they have plenty of this and this leaves time to guess from which side rockets came from. they wouldn't waste guided missiles on their own
