Metal anecdote from earlier today

Today, walking down the street I heard black metal (interesting that I can recognize black metal from a very long distance away at a whisper's volume).. And I was like, hmmmm who's playing from their phone?

Turns out far away in Plaza de España, some guy had some speakers. I discreetly sat down under a tree near him and enjoyed for around 30 minutes while browsing Lemmy before heading back home.

I was sad to leave the music but duty called (a duty which I've procrastinated for over 6 hours now because Lemmy is just too entertaining lmao)

Funny how I always find it so bothersome when people play music on speakers, but when it's good quality metal I'm very glad that of their shamelessness.
