been listening to a local radio repeater here and the local amateurs here (so tx) are fucking livid over this.
Its pretty funny to listen to.

- Yeah, as if the GOP is going to let a state Supreme Court dictate who they can and can’t nominate. That’s a precedent they can’t afford to accept. If they let the system hold them accountable in any way, where does it end?

  Just wait for the state court to say “just because you nominated someone ineligible doesn’t make them eligible”
