Bobs burgers called it a finger crotch, which probably works for tentacles but less for the others

I love asking anatomy terminology questions like these. Fins, flippers, and tentacles don’t exactly have a pit to refer to, so the term is moot. However, wings do have a sort of armpit. I think I’ve used the word “wingpit” while writing bird characters before.
