They'll cut interest rates next year as long as inflation stays cool. Doesn't help the housing shortage, but mortgages should become more affordable.

I doubt they cut rates much. The 0% rates we had were the cause of a lot of problems we've been facing. Capital went places it shouldn't in search of returns. It's going to take decades to get money back into mortgage backed securities, and out of residential rental markets.
