Feral's GameMode 1.8 Adds CPU Core Pinning & Parking

I'm already doing stuff like this in the scripts I use to start some games. I'm setting CPU governer, affinity, niceness, ioniceness and disabling automatic updates for 30m extended in a loop. Works well.
