Dr. Yolanda Cassidy says Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officials fabricated and backdated a memo to cover up the 2020 death of a bomb-sniffing black Labrador named Spike who overheated in an unattended patrol car.
They killed a dog, forged a vet report, and then forged an investigation. It is almost like the police cannot be trusted.

Being as that dog is an "officer" shouldn't those cops be charged in the death of a fellow officer?
You know they would charge a civilian if they were to kill a police dog...
