The Mantor is my first and only restoration device, I picked it since it had the best reviews on Reddit. I highly recommend it. It's essentially invisible through clothing. It's very comfortable and easy to forget about, especially with the new silicone pad that goes between the pusher and glans; the pad essentially removes the need for a moisturizer.
