A man with a knife can be in your grill so fast it'll stun you. Try it with a friend! Give 'em a pencil and have them charge from 30'. Cops know this.
Now how about an explanation for stabbing a kid with a knife, inside a car? Because I want to hear that right the hell now.

I think the title is a little misleading (CNN’s fault, thanks OP for post), he (Kyle Gould) is the supervisor that authorized deputy Andrew Buen (who shot the gun) to forcefully remove Christian Glass from the vehicle. Besides the $1000 fine and 2-years probation, he’s also barred from working in law enforcement or security.
