deals on enterprise drives like seagate exos or wd 18 tb? seems recertified price is up

i bought 6 18 tb seagate exos x18 manufacturer recertified black friday last year from server parts deals. for 194 each. the price for the same drives now is 259. I thought prices would go down. Looking for deals on similar manufacturer recertified 18 tb seagate or western digital but not seeing may go smaller or larger if deals are good
