Put a pinch Himalayan salt in your water. If you're drinking a lot of water but still thirsty and peeing a lot it usually means you're low on electrolytes.
8 2 ReplyIt could also be untreated diabetes. So that's fun. But it's not the most likely reason you're peeing a lot. Just a possible reason.
Also it doesn't need to be Himalayan salt. Literally any salt will do. I keep no sugar propel around and use at least one a day.

This is me except I'm usually not thirsty, I just have bad self control if I have a drink near me. Doesn't matter if I'm thirsty or not, I'll compulsively drink water until it's all gone. I've nearly given myself water intoxication a few times lol
