Weather person who can't hide the audio box behind them because they stand sideways?
Alternative thought, one of those prisoner monitor anklets.
- There are wires coming out of it; definitely audio equipment.
  
  If the internet has taught me anything then that wires going up between a womans legs aren't for audio equipment.
- Prison Labour is expanding. We will attain 100% effciency when the whole country is imprisoned and you're working off your jail time. Retirement is when you can pay your prison debt anf leave the prison country.

- Is it just a mic pack or is it an ankle monitor and that was a convenient place to clip a mic pack?

The producer did her dirty. They could have kept that out of the shot.
