Xbox has a capture problem and it's getting worse
Microsoft plans to shut down the Xbox console companion app, removing the only direct first-party option to import screenshots from console to PC.
Tiny bit clickbaity. Xbox App on your phone shows off your captures and allows for easy sharing. Yea extra steps to “put on PC” but honestly who puts them on PC? All my photos are saved into a cloud.

I had no idea that the series X just overwrites old captures if it gets too full. It didn't used to be like that. I'm sure a bunch of my captures that I haven't gotten around to moving are gone now lol
