Is it possible to create energy for our daily use ? Is such technology available ?

What exactly do you mean?

We convert chemical energy to heat and kinetic energy through metabolism by eating, every day.

Solar energy is harvested whenever the sun is out.

Plants use that energy to create energy dense sugars.

What's exactly are you asking?

Yes, they are collectivly refered to as "power plants" and come in many different types.

Other than solar panel not really in an efficient manner afaik
