Once again, it's not deportation. When a U.S. citizen is forcibly transported to another country, it's kidnapping and human trafficking.
- Technically, the legal term is Exile, IIRC. But doing that without the backing of legality is also what you said.
- And when such violent crimes are done for political or ideological reasons, those crimes become acts of terrorism.

$450K per migrant. I wonder which MAGA-sponsoring corporations are going to see that payday, and I wonder what % of it they'll be kicking-back to Orange and Elmo? We've got a lot of citizens here. Kidnapping them at government expense will be extremely profitable, even at today's rates.

- Absolutely make sure to point out the Nazi style abuse and corruption and hatred for regular working folks. But we MUST call them Republicans and the GOP and be sure things all become synonymous.
  The GOP needs its comeuppance and a long, long walk in the wilderness. We can't allow them to escape the consequences of the world they've created by letting them pin all this on MAGA or Nazis or whatever when everyone finally realizes what a mistake Trump is.

  A reactionary is a person who wants to reverse political changes and seeks to restore society to a state believed to have existed before.

  Nazis were big into public works and pretending to be socialist, both of which are anathema to the American Fascist Party.

  I would argue a more accurate description for the US far right would be proto-fascists. Primarily because they haven't fully rejected open elections and they are still somewhat constrained by US judicial institutions.
  Although I expect this will change in the next 24 months.

THIS is the president of the United States??? What a fucking joke.

How can anyone support Republicans anymore
- I think republicans would say this amendment was just political theater. Trump is not allowed to deport US citizens. It is already against the law, so why create an amendment that just doubles down on the current law?
  That said, when Trump deports a US citizen, or even threatens it, republicans should do something to stop it.
- Because a large part of Americans are pieces of human shit.
  
  Or are brainwashed with Republican owned media, which is most news networks and various things with news in the title. I've met and talked to people who are Republican and most are inadvertantly ignorant; they try and keep up with what's happening but because of where they look they end up with misrepresenting and missing pieces. Left News is also missing pieces, so people tend to talk past each other, which doesn't help either.
- Because the republican mantra is "not my problem if it isn't happening to me".
  You also overestimate how much people pay attention to current events. Most voters have no idea what's going on.
- The MAGA members I know are totally down to send folks off to foreign prisons. They don't think the laws or bill of rights apply to "illegals." How do they know the person the federal law enforcement officers have detained is the right "illegal" without going to court? They don't care.
