Trump orders Alcatraz prison be reopened for the 'dregs of society'
Well, I will leave this up, but this falls under crazy conservative. This is pretty dip shitty in my opinion.
Why?
Alcatraz is falling apart. It’s why it was closed. It also wouldn’t meet modern standards for prison. It’s a very hands on prison but we have went to more hands off models.
It'll probably cost more to retrofit that place than just to build a brand new one. Tho I like how he wants criminals to serve real time.
