I still have not eaten. I keep having hypoglycemic attack seizures due to low blood sugar. Please help me with some food. Its an emergency.

Believe it or not I really have not yet been able to get anything to eat or drink today. I am really counting on you guys and really hope that I am taken seriously. I am literally begging for help. I am unable to provide for myself in order to raise my blood sugar. I am crying my eyes out currently and severely freaking out. I gave had 6 seizures so far.
