Amazing Moments

While I wish the snowy season at this location had a different ending, there were still so many memorable moments with these amazing owls. Like this morning in early Jan, when I found the snowy around dawn clutching a fresh kill out on the sea ice. As the sun came up it created a beautiful orange glow in the background as the golden hour light reflected off of the distant bridge. Thankful for encounters like these and already looking forward to more of them in another 7-8 months when the snowies (hopefully) make their return!
