because even if they were illegal immigrants, that doesn't justify this. That's a civil offense. There's no justification for these actions. The whole "home invasion" style of enforcement is itself dystopian and wrong, but once you're all done you should have some clear paperwork and accountability to hand out. That they don't have it indicates the people involved don't believe in due process or public accountability.

There should be a case number, organization, and point of contact on an official form for her. They aren't the people and that should be easy to verify with a day, give them their stuff back.
